- Always make payments at the designated counter and obtain a receipt. Submit a photocopy of this receipt to the library-in-charge and keep the original until your membership expires.
- Books can be borrowed for a maximum of 6 days.
- A late return fine of ₹5 per day will apply from the 7th day onward.
- In case of damage or loss of a book, you are responsible for paying its current market value.
- If a book is not returned or delayed by more than 15 days, it will be treated as a permanent loss, and the book’s price will be deducted from your deposit.
- The Institute reserves the right to continue or discontinue the lending facility based on your adherence to the rules.
