For French, there are several language proficiency tests and certifications available

DELF (Diplôme d'Études en Langue Française) :

speakers. It consists of four independent diplomas corresponding
to the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for
Languages (CEFR): A1, A2, B1, and B2.
DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française) :
DALF is also awarded by the French Ministry of Education and is
designed for more advanced learners. It includes two levels: C1
and C2, which represent mastery and proficiency in the French language.
TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français) :
TCF is a standardized test that assesses the French language proficiency
of non-native speakers for general purposes. It evaluates listening,
reading, writing, and speaking skills and is recognized by French universities and institutions.
TEF (Test d'Évaluation de Français) :
TEF is another proficiency test recognized by educational institutions,
employers, and government agencies. It measures proficiency in French
and assesses comprehension and expression skills in listening, reading,
writing, and speaking.
DELF Prim and DELF Junior :
These are variants of the DELF exams designed for younger learners.
DELF Prim is for children aged 7 to 12, while DELF Junior is for
adolescents aged 12 to 17.
DFP (Diplôme de Français Professionnel):
DFP is aimed at professionals who need to demonstrate French language proficiency
for specific fields such as business, tourism, and diplomacy.
These certifications are widely recognized internationally and can be valuable for academic,
